Terms and Conditions p6x — Official Platform Usage Guide

1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the p6x platform, accessible via the official website at p6x.live as well as the official mobile app for Android and iOS. These Terms apply to all users who browse, register, or use any services provided by p6x.

Continued use of the p6x platform after any changes to these Terms are published will be considered your acceptance of those changes. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you are required to stop using the platform immediately and contact our support team to close your account.

P6x reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. The latest update date will always be displayed at the top of this document for your reference.

2. Account Eligibility

To register and use the p6x platform, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• Aged at least 18 years of age on the date of registration.
• Not residing in any jurisdiction where online betting is prohibited by law.
• Not previously suspended or banned by p6x.
• Register using your true, accurate, and up-to-date personal information.
• Register for a personal account for yourself only — not on behalf of anyone else.

P6x reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents at any stage of platform use. Failure to provide the required documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is complete.

3. Account Registration & KYC Process

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the p6x platform at all times. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all wins and balances.

The Know Your Customer (KYC) process is mandatory for all members who wish to make a withdrawal or when an account reaches certain transaction limits. Documents typically required include:

• Valid MyKad (National ID) or passport.
• Bank statement or proof of address dated within the last 3 months.
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used.

All information you provide during registration and the KYC process must be accurate and up to date. p6x will not share your personal information with third parties without your written consent, except as required by law or the relevant authorities.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your account information, including your password, remains confidential and is not shared with any party. p6x will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

P6x supports a range of local Malaysian payment methods including FPX, DuitNow, and bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

All withdrawals must be made to a bank account registered in the same name as the member's p6x account. p6x will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

P6x reserves the right to suspend or cancel any withdrawal suspected of involving fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of platform terms. In such cases, an investigation will be conducted and the member will be notified via their registered email.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

P6x offers a variety of bonuses and promotions for new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to rollover requirements and minimum wagering conditions as stated in each promotional offer.

General rules applicable to all p6x bonuses:

• Each member is entitled to the welcome bonus once only — attempting to register multiple accounts to claim this bonus again constitutes fraud.
• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash without fulfilling the rollover requirements.
• P6x reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Bonuses obtained through rule-violating means will be forfeited without prior notice.
• Seasonal promotions such as the World Cup or Thomas Cup have limited validity periods — check each promotion's expiry date before using it.
• Wagers placed using bonus funds cannot count towards meeting rollover requirements in excluded games, where applicable.

6. Game Rules

All games available on the p6x platform — including sports betting, slots, live casino, and esports — have their own rules stated within each game. Members are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of each game before participating.

For sports and esports betting, p6x uses live odds updated in real time. Confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled except under conditions specified by p6x's betting policy. Results declared by official sports bodies will be used as the basis for bet settlement.

For casino and slot games, all games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) system that has been independently verified by a third-party audit body. This ensures every round and game outcome is completely random and cannot be manipulated by any party, including p6x itself.

7. Prohibited Conduct

To keep the p6x platform safe and fair for all members, the following are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or permanent closure:

• Fraud and Manipulation: Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit system bugs, or use automated software (bots) to play.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or using more than one account to gain an unfair advantage, including claiming bonuses multiple times.
• Money Laundering: Using the p6x platform for money laundering or any unlawful financial activity.
• Account Sharing: Allowing others to use your account, or accessing another person's account without authorisation.
• False Information: Providing false or misleading personal information during registration or the KYC process.
• Minor Involvement: Allowing individuals under the age of 18 to access or use your platform.
• Bonus Exploitation: Exploiting promotions or bonuses through illegitimate means, including arbitrage betting designed to guarantee risk-free profits.

8. Privacy and Data Security

Protecting your personal data is p6x's top priority. All data collected during registration and platform use is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

The p6x platform uses 256-bit SSL encryption for all communications between your device and our servers. This ensures no third party can intercept or read your data in transit. In addition, sensitive data is stored on servers protected with military-grade encryption.

9. Responsible Gaming

10. Account Suspension and Closure

P6x reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any member's account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable cause to do so. Common reasons include:

• Confirmed violation of any section within these Terms.
• Self-exclusion request by the member.
• Instructions from relevant authorities or a court order.
• Confirmation that a member is under 18 years of age.
• Suspected activity related to money laundering or fraud.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the p6x support team. Any remaining balance will be returned to the registered bank account upon completion of the verification process, subject to all active conditions being met.

In cases of suspension due to fraud or serious violations, p6x reserves the right to hold the account balance pending completion of the investigation. If a violation is proven, the balance may be fully forfeited.

11. Limitation of Liability

P6x provides its platform "as is" without any express or implied warranties. While we make every effort to ensure the platform operates without interruption, p6x cannot guarantee that the platform will always be fully available and free from technical issues.

P6x is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from:

• Service disruptions due to scheduled or unplanned system maintenance.
• Betting losses arising from valid game outcomes.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.
• Accuracy of odds information provided by third-party suppliers.

In any circumstances, the maximum total liability of p6x to any member shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

12. Amendments to Terms

P6x reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to members via:

• In-app notifications on the p6x mobile app.
• Email to the member's registered address (for material changes).
• Announcements on the p6x website.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any amendment is published constitutes your acceptance of that amendment. If you disagree with any changes made, you have the right to close your account without penalty.

13. Applicable Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which p6x is registered and licensed. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through mutual negotiation between both parties.

If negotiations fail to reach a resolution within 30 days, the dispute may be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be severed, while the remaining provisions of these Terms will continue in full force and effect.
